Job Description

Data Entry & Record Keeping:

Accurately recording financial transactions, updating ledgers, and maintaining organized digital and physical financial records.

Accounts Payable & Receivable:

Processing vendor invoices, tracking payments, collecting debts, and managing purchase orders.

Bank Reconciliations:

Reconciling bank statements to ensure balances match company records and identifying any discrepancies.

Financial Reporting:

Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, budget forecasts, and other financial documents.

Expense Management:

Processing and tracking expense claims and reimbursement forms.

Payroll Assistance:

Supporting payroll processing by verifying employee hours and benefits deductions.

Audit Support:

Assisting with quarterly and annual audits and preparing documents for audits.

Administrative Support:

Performing general office tasks, such as filing, answering queries, and liaising with clients and suppliers.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
