Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Record day-to-day accounting transactions (sales, purchase, payments, receipts, journals, etc.) Maintain accurate books of accounts and ledgers Reconcile vendor and customer accounts Track raw material, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory Support costing activities and maintain cost records related to fabric production Coordinate with the production, stores, and dispatch teams for billing and documentation Assist in preparing financial reports, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts Handle petty cash and employee expense reimbursement Maintain documentation for audits and support during audit processes Ensure accounting records are aligned with internal policies and industry standards

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent) 2-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in textile or manufacturing industry Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / other accounting software Experience in inventory accounting and cost tracking Good working knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office tools Strong attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
