Accounts Assistant
to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have 2-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting,bookkeeping, and financial reporting, with a good working knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain financial records and reports.
Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and follow-up.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
Perform bank reconciliations and petty cash management.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and filings.
Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field (B.Com, )
2-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
Proficiency in accounting software
