. The selected candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks, including creating and following up on invoices, and maintaining records using accounting software (specifically
Adoo
).
This is a
part-time remote position
for 4 hours a day, ideal for someone who has prior experience in accounting and has worked with
international clients
.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue invoices accurately and on time.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and maintain records of payments.
Manage and update entries in the
Adoo accounting software
.
Assist in reconciling accounts and maintaining financial reports.
Communicate professionally with the client and vendors as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an
Accounts Assistant
or in a similar accounting role.
Experience working with
Adoo
or other accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, etc.).
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Prior experience working with
international clients
preferred.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Female candidates
preferred.
Knowledge of
Italian language
is an added advantage.
