Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in accounting software Zoho Books.
Process and record invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
Perform
bank reconciliations
and vendor account reconciliations.
Assist in the
preparation of GST returns
, and filing of returns.
Support payroll processing and maintain employee expense records.
Handle petty cash, verify bills, and ensure proper documentation.
Assist in the
preparation of monthly SIF reports
, balance sheets, and other financial statements.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and auditors.
Maintain compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Help with end-of-year financial audits.
Key Skills Required
Good knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
Familiarity with GST and other Indian tax laws.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
and accounting software (Zoho Book preferred).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
