Required Accounts Assistant Reports to: Accountant We are looking out for an enthusiastic and passionate Account Assistant for our fast-growing multi cuisine Restaurant. You will be responsible to handle, update and assist with preparation of financial, statistical statements and daily reports. You will be an active part of the Accounts team to Analyze financial information in order to identify discrepancies and keep the records updated. Duties and responsibilities: 1. Manage the duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. 2. Assist with preparation of financial and statistical statements and reports. 3. Analyze financial information in order to identify discrepancies. 4. Research and resolve discrepancies in a timely fashion. 5. Maintain confidentiality of all financial data. 6. Timely management the financial entries and vendors to be paid. 7. Maintain accurate filling of the bills and receipts in a timely manner. 8. Handle the company accounts data responsibly avoiding any breaches in information. 9. Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable standards 10. Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries. 11. Coordinate with Accounts & Finance Manager to ensure smooth running of an organization\xe2\x80\x99s accounts department Requirements: Educational Qualification Required: B.Com Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive. Proficient to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, Tally etc. Ability to work independently on assigned duties. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrate an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines Supervise daily operations within the scope of accounts receivable and accounts payable Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc. Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person. Ensure timely preparation and submission of VAT and other tax returns Oversee the collection, deposit, and reconciliation of bank funds and accounts Processing transactions, issuing cheques and budgets, etc. Prepare and present regular accounting reports to the Management and keep them updated on the financial progress Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies. Work in line with the Storekeeper, Cashier keeping the bills, vouchers, and other such financial documents such as invoices, statements, and vouchers up to date. - Job Timings : Should be available to work between 09:30 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 914,000.00 - 918,000.00 per month Benefits:
