Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the Accounts Department
Enter and manage financial transactions in Tally and internal databases
Reconcile invoices and resolve discrepancies
Prepare and update expense reports
Handle billing operations and generate customer/vendor invoices
Prepare bank deposits and assist with bank reconciliations
Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records
Review and file payroll documents
Perform and verify journal entries
Check spreadsheets and reports for accuracy
Assist in quarterly and annual audits
Requirements:
0 to 3 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Tally (mandatory)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Preferred:
Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Pollachi
