Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented

Accountant & Store Manager

to oversee both the financial and operational aspects of our boutique. The ideal candidate will have strong accounting skills and a passion for retail management.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day store operations, including sales, inventory, and staff coordination Handle accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll, and financial reporting Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly reports Monitor expenses, budgets, and cash flow Ensure excellent customer service and store presentation Assist with marketing and promotional activities

Requirements:



Proven experience in accounting and retail/store management Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting software Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Good communication and leadership abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
