Job Title: Accountant / Accounts Executive Job Summary



Location - Panchkula Haryana



The Accountant is responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, preparing reports, and supporting compliance with statutory and internal financial requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries (sales, purchase, journal, cash, bank) Prepare and reconcile bank statements Handle accounts payable and receivable Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Manage GST/TDS/VAT filings and other statutory compliances Assist in budgeting and forecasting Maintain ledgers and ensure accuracy of financial data Coordinate with auditors during audits Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce Knowledge of accounting principles and taxation Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) Strong Excel skills Attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and time-management skills
Experience

2- 5 years for Accounts Executive
Preferred Skills (Optional)

CA Inter / CMA Inter Experience in industry-specific accounting Knowledge of payroll processing
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,042.88 - ₹25,668.53 per month
