We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be proficient in
Tally Prime

MS Excel

MS Word
, and possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records, including
general ledger entries
,
journal entries
, and
reconciliations
.
Prepare
financial statements
such as
balance sheets
,
income statements
, and
cash flow reports
.
Manage
accounts payable and receivable
, ensuring timely processing and follow-up on payments.
Conduct
bank reconciliations
and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.
Prepare and file statutory
tax returns (GST, TDS, Corporate Tax, etc.)
, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
Maintain proper
documentation and filing systems
for all financial transactions and records.
Support audits and assist in preparing required financial data for internal and external audits.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience
in accounting and finance functions.
Proficiency in
Tally Prime
,
Microsoft Excel
, and
Microsoft Word
.
Sound knowledge of
accounting principles
,
tax regulations
, and
compliance requirements
.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
