Role Overview:

We're hiring an

Accounts Assistant

to support our finance team at DJV Infrastructure's corporate office. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable handling day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounts and ledgers Prepare vouchers, bills, and GST invoices Handle data entry in Tally or accounting software Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts Maintain records of receipts, payments, and petty cash Support monthly and annual closing procedures Coordinate with CA and finance head for audits and filings

Required Skills:

Strong working knowledge of

Tally ERP

(or any accounting software) Understanding of

GST

,

TDS

, and basic taxation Proficient in MS Excel and other office tools Accuracy, time management, and reliability Good communication for internal coordination

Eligibility Criteria:

B.Com or M.Com (preferred) 1-3 years of experience in a similar role Freshers with solid accounting knowledge may apply
