Record sales, purchases, expenses, and payments.
Post journal entries and update general ledgers and balance sheets.
Document and maintain records of fixed assets.
Process invoices and payments:
Process and reconcile vendor invoices and statements.
Process payments to vendors, suppliers, and employees.
Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
Perform bank reconciliation:
Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure accuracy.
Assist with financial reporting and analysis:
Help senior accountants prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets and income statements.
Assist in preparing budget data and forecasts.
Compile and report on expenditures, cash receipts, and other financial matters.
Manage payroll and taxes:
Assist with payroll processing and data entry.
Help prepare tax filings and reports.
