Roles & responsibility:
? Handle day-to-day accounting operations (sales, purchase, expenses,
payments, receipts).
? Maintain updated books of accounts in ERP/Tally.
? Prepare and process vendor bills, customer invoices & credit notes.
? Manage accounts payable & accounts receivable with timely follow-ups.
? Perform bank reconciliation, supplier reconciliation & customer
reconciliation.
? Maintain petty cash and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
? Ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting of all financial activities.
? Make a monthwise reports and share with mgmt.
? GST Return, Calculations,
Other skills: Tally/ERP knowledge is must. Basic skills - (Word, excel, mails);
Good communication skills and team player; Good in planning and time
management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
