It is currently constituted with 7 partners and engages services of several professionals including chartered accountants and company secretaries.

Service Areas:

? Direct Taxes (Income tax compliance, Litigation, Advisory and audit )

? Indirect Taxes ( GST compliances, litigation, profession tax and other related compliances)

? Audits and Attest Functions ( Statutory Audits, Bank Audits, Tax Audits, Internal Audits, Certifications)

? Accounting and Payroll

? Finance related services (Proposals, Project Reports, CMA, Private Due Diligence)
