We are looking to employe an efficient and detail-oriented accounts assistant to assist our accounting firm with all clerical and basic accounting tasks. The Accounts Assistant's responsibilities include updating our client records, responding to clients' inquiries in a timely manner, and filing pertinent documentation.
Regularly updating all accounting ledgers and journals.
Taking regular Payment follow up.
Recording clients' petty cash transactions in the petty cash journal.
GST knowledge Preferable.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software, TALLY ERP.
Assist Senior Accountant.
Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trial balance, and reconciling entries.
Qualification
:
B.Com, M.com, BBA and Account background Preferable.
Having 6 month Experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
