Accounts Assistant
to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining clients' books of accounts (Tally / Zoho / QuickBooks / Excel).
Support preparation of GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
Help with finalization of accounts and preparation of financial statements.
Perform reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer, intercompany).
Assist in statutory and internal audits.
Manage data entry, voucher verification, and documentation.
Coordinate with clients for information, follow-ups, and compliance matters.
Support senior accountants and partners in day-to-day operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).
1-3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong accounting knowledge can apply).
Working knowledge of Tally / MS Excel (advanced Excel skills are a plus).
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
Experience with accounting software such as Tally Prime, Zoho Books, or Busy.
Exposure to filing GST and TDS returns.
Familiarity with audit procedures or working under a CA firm environment.
