JOB Description

1. Vendor Bill Booking for HO 2. Passing vendor Payment entries in accounting system 3. Keeping track of various advances payable as per request received from Operations teams 4. Sharing the payment UTR references & Cheque Preparation & Handover 5. To take care of proper filing of various important documents 6. To pass the Petty Cash related Accounting entries 7. To help seniors in TDS/GST/Finalisation related work 8. Once in Month Visit to factory occassionally for Stock counting or related tasks-(Company will give you Travelling & Accomodation) 9. Scanning of Banking & Other Important documents
