Job Description

1.Checking of Purchase, Export Bills, Journal Entries, Petty Cash Expenses

2.Checking of day to day accounting up to Trail Balance.

3.Checking of Payment vendors, Bulk NEFT/ RTGS transactions.

4.Checking of Bank Reconciliation statement.

5Handleing Banking work as and when required.

6.Dealing with Purchase Dept and HR and Admin dept.

7.Checking of TDS workings

8.Filing of E-TDS return, Issuance of TDS Certificates

9.Checking of Monthly GST working & filling of Return.

10Updating Additions in Fixed Asset Register and Depreciation working.

11.Checking of Various statements prepared by the accountant.

12.Checking of Monthly Stock Reports required by the bank.

13.Preparation of FFR-1 & FFR-2 or any other documents required by the bank.

14.Preparation of MIS reports - Monthly Income statement, Outstanding statement and Debtors and Creditors List.

15.Dealing with Internal & Statutory Auditors for Audit & Finalization of Account

16.Preparing accurate monthly Balance Sheet and ensuring that the internal and external reporting deadlines are met.

17.Checking APR working and filling of APR

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
