The Accounts Assistant Manager supports the Accounts Manager in managing daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with statutory requirements, and smooth financial processes within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day accounting activities including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Monitor accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, income tax, and other local regulations
Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer accounts
Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
Maintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions
Support management with financial reports and analysis for decision-making
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com / MBA Finance preferred)
4-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, SAP, or equivalent) and MS Excel
Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
Strong communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
