To do : Day to day accounting of Sales/ Purchase/ bank, maintain accounting records, month-end closing processes, and ensure all statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update accounting records and financial documents
Feed/ To do day-to-day accounting transactions including journal entries, Sale, Purchase, stores accounting, bank and Imprest etc in Tally accounting software.
Issue Sales invoices, bank payments, and expense reimbursements
To prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements/ MIS reports
Regular reconciliation of accounts receivable and payable
TDS deduction, TDS deposit and its return preparation and filling.
Full GST handling, like all returns preparation and filling, tax deposit, preparation of Recos with annual filings.
Qualifications & Requirements:
At least B. Com Bachelor's degree,
CA Semi qualified with post training industry working experience would be preferred.
At least 8 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1-2 yrs of independent handling of accounts department
Proficiency in accounting software
Strong Advance MS Excel usage knowledge
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Sincere and Communicative.
