Sky Ocean Shipping is a leading logistics and shipping company committed to providing efficient, reliable, and innovative maritime solutions. We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team and support our growing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain day-to-day accounting records and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and bank reconciliations.
Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely collections and payments.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors or clients for financial matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel.
Good communication and organizational skills.
