We are looking for a sincere and detail-oriented
Accounts Assistant
to support our finance and compliance team in maintaining transparent and accurate records of project-related financials.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain
day-to-day accounting
entries
Prepare and verify
vouchers, bills, and supporting documents
Assist in
bank reconciliation, cash book management, and advance settlements
Help in preparation and filing of
FCRA, TDS, and GST returns
Coordinate with project teams for
monthly expense statements and supporting documents
Assist in
audit preparation
(internal, statutory)
Maintain organised records and ensure compliance with accounting and documentation norms
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
1-3 years of experience in accounting or development sector finance
Knowledge of
Busy ERP /MS Excel
Understanding of
FCRA, TDS, GST
, and other statutory compliances
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation discipline
Team player with good communication and coordination skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
