Accounts Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will support the accounting department by managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with financial reporting and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including data entry and invoice processing

- Manage accounts payable and receivable

- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and financial documents

- Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries

- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures

- Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records

- Respond to inquiries related to accounts and expenses

- Assist with audit preparations and compliance documentation

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant, Accounts Clerk, or similar role

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally)

- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions:

- Full-time position

- Monday to Saturday , standard working hours

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?9,922.26 - ?12,000.00 per month
