Job Summary:
The Accounts Assistant supports the finance department by handling day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, and assisting in the preparation of reports. The role requires accuracy, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of accounting procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparation of invoices, bills, and vouchers
Record daily financial transactions in accounting software
Reconcile bank statements
Support by providing required documents and explanations
