Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Perform daily data entry of financial transactions into accounting software or ERP systems. Maintain and update general ledger accounts accurately. Assist in the month-end and year-end closing process by reconciling accounts and preparing ledger reports. Verify and post journal entries ensuring compliance with accounting principles. Ensure all accounting data is properly filed and stored for easy retrieval. Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial data. Assist auditors during internal and external audits. Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Previous experience in data entry and ledger maintenance is preferred. Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP). Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organizational and time management skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
