Job Description

Purchase and accounts payable

Process purchase orders

: Create and issue purchase orders based on approved requisitions and ensure they are accurately entered into the accounting software.

Invoice processing

: Receive, verify, and process purchase invoices, cross-referencing them against purchase orders and receiving documents to identify and resolve discrepancies.

Supplier reconciliation

: Perform regular reconciliation of supplier statements to ensure all transactions are correctly recorded and outstanding issues are resolved.

Manage accounts payable

: Prepare and process payments to suppliers in a timely manner while accurately maintaining the accounts payable ledger.

Vendor communication

: Act as a point of contact for vendor inquiries regarding payment status and invoice details.

Inventory management

: Assist with tracking and managing inventory, ensuring stock levels are accurately reflected in the accounting system.
Pharmacy billing and accounts receivable

Process billing

: Generate and send invoices to agents & insurance providers for pharmaceutical products and services.

Process payments

: Record and track payments received from pharmacy, performing daily reconciliation of receipts.

Accounts receivable management

: Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, follow up on overdue bills, and manage outstanding balances.

Customer support

: Respond to patient and customer queries regarding billing, invoices, and payment issues.
General accounting and administrative duties

Data entry

: Accurately input financial transactions and accounting entries into the accounting software.

Financial reporting

: Assist in the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports for management.

Bank reconciliation

: Perform and assist with bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial records.

Filing and documentation

: Maintain organized and up-to-date financial files and records, both physical and electronic.

Regulatory compliance

: Adhere to company policies and relevant financial, tax, and healthcare regulations.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
