to support the day-to-day accounting and finance functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will assist with bookkeeping, invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and processing invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (Tally ERP Gold).
Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor bank transactions.
Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Assist with preparation of GST returns and other statutory reports.
Handle petty cash transactions and maintain petty cash records.
Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on outstanding invoices.
Assist with payroll processing and employee expense claims.
File and organize financial documents for audit and compliance purposes.
Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Accounting or related field.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally Prime Gold).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
