SBTL International caters as the back office in India for the School of Business and Technology London for various operational needs. School of Business and Technology London is a very successful and innovative college with over 3800 active students and delivering over 120 courses.

We are looking for a competent Female Accounts Assistant for our regional office at Calicut. The primary role of the job is to ensure that the human resources and accounts are handled in a well-organized and timely manner.

Responsibilities



Monitor and reconcile accounts for all business, as well as other financial accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Ensure accuracy of all financial records and identify and resolve discrepancies. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. To ensure that the Quickbooks and Zoho accounts are managed well. To ensure that the stakeholders of the organisation is well updated and followed up with all the necessary details (rent, contract, TDS filing, ect) To deal with various operational and admin tasks Tracking of instalment students Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system Assisting the recruitment process and onboarding new employees to ensure a skilled workforce. Completing all the joining formalities of the new hire and ensuring the documents are well collected and safely handed over to the parent office To ensure the new hire is well added in the perk system and login credentials and access are provided without any delay. Managing Perkpay is the primary responsibility. Ensuring that all the employees enter the time accurately, if that means a multiple chaser reminder too. Ensuring that the incentives of the staffs are correctly processed after cross checking To ensure that the staffs are provided with all the supplements as per the requirement To ensure that the office is well equipped with all the amenities, as per the requirements Act as a liaison between management and employees, handling grievances, nurturing positive employee relations, and cultivating a harmonious workplace. Any other responsibilities given time to time.

Requirements:



Excellent command of English

in both Writing and Speaking Potential to work on high pressure, if needed Considerable experience as accounts assitant/admin assistant, or in other related position Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures Excellent knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, Quickbooks, PerkPay, Zoho Exemplary planning and time management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload Discretion and confidentiality Multitasked and career-oriented.

Qualifications

: B Com, B-TECH, BBA, MCOM, MBA, or any other related degree
