1. Preparation of MIS
2. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies & Procedures ( DOA & SOP)
3. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
4. Conduct & Facing internal audits and IFC Audits
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable
6. Reconcile bank statements and ensure accurate cash management
7. Provide financial analysis ( Income & Expense ) and insights to support Operation team
8. Manage and supervise junior accounting staff.
