We are looking for active accountant cum admin executive to join our team. He/She will be working under the payroll of our Franchise Store located at Kacheripady, Ernakulam.
1. Shall be responsible for Accounts/Finance related Activities
2. Accounts maintenance and entry,
3. Managing Daily books & collection.
4. Update Accounting records with new payments & contact customers when assigned.
5. Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of the final bill.
6. Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates etc.) MIS and Reporting.
7. Report to Branch head/Sales partner on accounting activities, billing issues, etc.
8. Send reminders for payments and contact customers when assigned
9. Making phone calls, and basic bookkeeping.
10. Documents handling and preparing and other administration work
11. Knowledge in GST and other taxes.
