Accounts Assistant



We are seeking a detail-oriented

Accounts Assistant-Inventory Book Keeping

to support our finance team. The ideal candidate will have experience in

purchase entries, inventory management, and proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Office (especially Excel),

and a solid understanding of GST and TDS.

Purchase & Inventory Management

: Record and manage all purchase transactions and inventory movements.(Purchase entry , Inventory book keeping )

Tally ERP Usage

: Enter data related to sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.

Bank Reconciliation

: Reconcile bank statements with company records.

GST & TDS Compliance

: Assist in the preparation and filing of GST and TDS returns.

MS Office Proficiency

: Utilize MS Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Record Keeping

: Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documents.

Vendor Coordination

: Communicate with vendors regarding payments and discrepancies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
