Formost International Trading Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should be familiar with daily bookkeeping, invoice management, GST compliance, and general accounting practices. This role involves working closely with the accounts team to maintain accurate financial records and assist with day-to-day financial activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining daily financial transactions and accounting entries.
Prepare and process purchase invoices, sales invoices, and payment vouchers.
Reconcile bank statements, cash books, and vendor accounts.
Coordinate with the cashier and billing team for cash and sales data.
Maintain filing of accounts-related documents and records.
Assist with internal audits and stock reconciliations.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
Experience: 1-2 years in accounting, preferably in a retail or trading environment.
Working knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Good organizational and communication skills.
