We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Accounts Assistant

to join our finance team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in accounting and finance. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and support day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring smooth financial processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies Record financial transactions in Tally and internal databases Verify spreadsheets and reports for accuracy Maintain both digital and physical financial records. Assist in quarterly and annual audits

Requirements:

Fresh graduate with strong knowledge of accounting principles MBA in Finance with B.Com in Accounting (preferred background) Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and finance regulations Proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of Tally ERP.9/Prime Strong numerical skills and attention to detail Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Tally Certification will be an added advantage
