Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate financial records by updating general ledgers and journals, and ensuring proper coding and documentation of financial transactions.
Reconciliation:
Reconcile bank statements and other accounts to ensure balances are accurate and match records, and manage petty cash transactions.
Reporting & Budgets:
Assist senior staff with the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
Payroll Assistance:
Support payroll processing by verifying employee details, hours, and deductions.
Administrative Support:
Perform general administrative duties, such as filing documents, handling mail, making phone calls, and replying to emails.
Compliance:
Help ensure all financial records and transactions are accurate and comply with company policies and accounting standards.
