Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company's freight forwarding activities. Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely manner. Assist in the preparation of invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents. Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data. Assist with month-end and year-end financial closing processes. Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. Communicate with vendors and customers regarding payment inquiries and discrepancies. Assist in the implementation of financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Previous experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Familiarity with international trade and logistics terminology is a plus. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
