Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Accounts Assistant

with strong knowledge of

Tally

and

billing procedures

. The candidate will be primarily responsible for preparing and maintaining accurate invoices, billing records, and related accounting documentation.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and generate

sales invoices

in

Tally

. Record

sales, purchase, receipt, and payment vouchers

accurately. Maintain and update

customer billing data

and outstanding reports. Ensure

GST compliance

and maintain proper documentation. Coordinate with sales and dispatch teams for

accurate and timely billing

. Handle

E-Invoicing / E-Way Bill

generation when required. Maintain proper filing of bills, invoices, and supporting documents. Assist the accounts team in preparing

daily and monthly billing summaries

.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Education:

B.Com / M.Com / Equivalent Commerce background.

Software Skills:

Proficiency in

Tally Prime

, MS Excel, and Email handling.

Knowledge:

Basic accounting concepts, GST billing, and data entry accuracy.

Experience:

1-3 years preferred (Freshers with good Tally knowledge may apply).

Soft Skills:

Attention to detail, accuracy, punctuality, and good communication.

Salary:

As per experience and company standards.

Working Hours:

10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
