Position: Accounts Assistant - Inventory

Qualification: B.Com (Preferred)

Software: Tally Prime (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory & Stock Handling

Maintain and monitor frozen stock points for both retail and manufacturing units. Conduct daily actual vs. physical stock verification (including cold storage items). Ensure strict tracking of frozen chicken, breaded products, and raw materials. Maintain adequate buffer stock to avoid production or retail shortages.
Stock Documentation

Maintain inward/outward registers for frozen items. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports. Update stock entries promptly in Tally Prime.
Purchase Coordination

Monitor stock availability and instruct the purchase team for timely procurement. Coordinate with suppliers and logistics for stock updates.
Accounts Support

Assist with stock valuation for month-end accounts. Support accounts team with inventory-related data, GRNs, and purchase bills. Ensure accurate posting of inventory transactions in Tally.
Quality & Compliance

Follow proper FIFO, batch tracking, expiry monitoring for frozen products. Ensure cold storage temperature compliance and reporting.
Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of inventory and accounts Familiar with frozen foods handling (stocks, expiry, batch, FIFO) Proficiency in Tally Prime Good communication and coordination skills Accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work with purchase, production, and accounts teams

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
