We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to support daily accounting tasks and help maintain accurate financial records. The role requires basic knowledge of accounting principles and good attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting entries and records
Assist in preparation of invoices, bills, and vouchers
Record payments, receipts, and expenses
Support bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
Help in month-end and year-end closing activities
Maintain proper documentation of financial records
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Accounting
Basic knowledge of accounting principles
Familiarity with accounting software (Tally preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
