Role: Accounts Executive
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Experience: 0-2 Years Company: MatrixHRM (Hiring for Client)

Role Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations, reconcile statements, support GST/TDS filings, and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle day-to-day accounting functions, journal entries, and maintain general ledger accuracy.

Manage accounts receivable and payable with timely follow-ups and proper documentation.

Prepare bank reconciliation statements and assist with cash flow tracking.

Support preparation of GST, TDS, and Income Tax data for monthly/quarterly filings.

Maintain well-organized financial records for internal reviews, audits, and compliance.

Coordinate with internal teams for invoice verification, purchase approvals, and payment processing.

Requirements:

Strong understanding of accounting principles with expertise in GST, TDS, and Income Tax.

Proficient in Tally, Excel, and ERP systems with practical accounting experience.

High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and documentation skills.

Excellent coordination and communication abilities; capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
