The candidate should be eager to learn accounting processes, export documentation, and compliance work under professional guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in
day-to-day accounting entries
using various accounting software (Tally / Zoho Books / Busy, etc.).
Support in preparation and filing of
GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
and maintaining related records.
Assist in
Income Tax Return (ITR)
preparation and basic compliance documentation.
Prepare, organize, and maintain
export documentation
such as invoices, packing lists, BLs, shipping bills, and bank/LC documents.
Coordinate with
CHA, shipping lines, and logistics partners
for timely document processing.
Handle
data entry
,
ledger reconciliation
, and
administrative tasks
in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Learn and follow
export-import procedures
and ensure accuracy in all paperwork.
Provide assistance to the accounts and export departments as needed.
Required Skills:
Basic understanding of
accounting and taxation
concepts.
Knowledge of
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

learn multiple accounting software

Qualification:
B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA (Finance)
or related field.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply
