Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software (QuickBooks Desktop)
Manage accounts payable: invoice entry, vendor reconciliations, and payment processing.
Maintain accounts receivable: invoice creation, customer payments tracking, and follow-ups.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations for Canadian bank accounts.
Support month-end closing and financial statement preparation.
Maintain organized records for audit and compliance purposes.
Assist in inventory accounting for imported goods and wholesale distribution.
