Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Accounts Assistant
to join our Finance team. In this role, you will manage both
Accounts Payable and Receivable
, maintain strong client relationships, and support the overall financial operations of the company.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Ensure timely invoicing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations
- Communicate with clients regularly to understand and fulfil accounting needs
- Resolve client queries and support issue resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial processes
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field (preferred)

1 year of experience
in accounting (Freshers may apply if skilled)

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Proficient in Excel & Google Sheet

Knowledge of QuickBooks Online and UK Payroll
will be an added advantage
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player
