Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant (Fresher) to join our finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are looking to start their career in accounting and gain practical experience in financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including data entry and ledger maintenance Record and reconcile invoices, payments, and receipts Support in the preparation of financial reports and statements Handle petty cash and maintain proper records Assist with bank reconciliations and other reconciliation tasks Maintain organized filing systems for accounting records Support audits and assist in preparing documentation as needed Work closely with the finance team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems is a plus) Good analytical and numerical skills Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or academic project experience in accounting (preferred but not required) Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other basic tax regulations (preferred)
