We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our daily accounting and finance operations. The role includes managing routine accounting tasks, handling digital petty cash, preparinng E-way bills, coordinating vendor reconciliations, and ensuring accurate data entry in Tally Prime.
Key Responsibilities
Handle petty cash / digital cash management and maintain proper records
Generate e-way bills and ensure timely documentation
Prepare and issue e-invoices as per GST requirements
Conduct bank reconciliation & vendor reconciliation and resolve discrepancies
Manage payments, including NEFT, RTGS, UPI, cheque preparation, and enter cheque payments entries in Tally
Record Sale and Purchase entries in Tally
Make general vouchers entries
Requirements
1 to 2 years of experience in accounting
B.Com graduate (mandatory)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
