Photo Media is a fast-growing e-commerce company dealing in consumer electronics and lifestyle products. We manage multiple brands across online platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented

Accountant

who can handle daily accounting, GST, and financial operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting entries in

Tally ERP

including sales, purchase, journal, and expense vouchers. Reconcile

bank statements, vendor accounts, and online platform settlements (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

. Maintain and update cost sheets, P&L reports, and monthly summaries in

Excel

. Handle

GST input/output reconciliation, GSTR-1 & 3B data preparation

, and support CA in monthly filing. Track

payments, receivables, TDS, debit/credit notes

, and vendor balance confirmations. Assist in import cost calculation and landed cost analysis for inventory management. Coordinate with logistics and finance teams for clearing and settlement-related documentation.

Required Skills:

Strong command of

Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime

and

MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Formulas)

Basic understanding of

GST, TDS, and accounting principles

Experience with

e-commerce accounting

preferred (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.) Good communication and coordination skills Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent Minimum

2-4 years of accounting experience

(preferably in trading or e-commerce sector)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
