We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant cum Admin to support day-to-day financial operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced B2C environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts:
- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations (data entry, voucher preparation, billing, etc.)
- Maintain and update financial records in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Excel)
- Reconcile bank statements and handle petty cash
- Prepare basic financial reports and assist during audits
- Follow up on customer payments and maintain payment records
Administrative:
- Manage office supplies, documentation, and filing systems
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers
- Support HR in maintaining attendance records and employee documents
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and office correspondence
- Assist in event planning and internal communications

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
