About the Role



We are hiring an

Accounts Assistant

to support the expanding operations of our Compliance Department. This is an

entry-level, full-time on-site role

, ideal for freshers looking to start their career in GST, TDS, and financial compliance.

You will work closely with senior team members and play a key support role in:

GST return filing TDS/TCS compliance Client coordination for statutory submissions Basic registrations (GST, PAN, TAN, UDYAM, etc.)
A

32-hour video training program

will be provided. Skills are tracked using our internal

Skill Management System

, ensuring structured growth and regular feedback.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in the preparation and filing of: GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9) TDS returns (Form 26Q, 24Q) TCS filings, where applicable Support in client-side coordination for: Invoice collection, ITC documentation, tax payment proofs Form 16 / TDS certificate distribution Help in applying for or amending: GST Registration, UDYAM, TAN/PAN, and other basic registrations Maintain internal trackers, filing logs, and follow-up calendars on Zoho Projects Conduct basic reconciliations (e.g., GSTR-2B vs books, TDS ledgers) Ensure records are filed and backed up via Zoho WorkDrive

Eligibility Criteria



B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent - Freshers encouraged to apply Working knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, filters, basic formulas) Interest in taxation, statutory filings, and financial documentation Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SoPs Language requirement:

Proficient in English and Tamil
