Job Description

A fresher Accounts Executive typically involves basic bookkeeping tasks, data entry, and assisting with financial processes. Responsibilities may include maintaining records, processing invoices, and preparing reports under supervision. The role is often a stepping stone into more advanced accounting positions. Key Responsibilities:

Maintaining accounting records:

This involves accurately recording transactions, managing ledgers, and ensuring the integrity of financial data.

Data Entry:

Entering financial information into accounting software or spreadsheets.

Invoice Processing:

Handling invoices, verifying payments, and ensuring accurate reconciliation.

Preparing Reports:

Assisting in generating reports, such as financial statements, under the guidance of senior staff.

Client Interaction:

Responding to client inquiries and providing assistance with financial matters.

Data Analysis:

Analyzing financial data to identify trends and potential areas of improvement.

Assisting with Tax Filings:

Supporting senior staff with tax preparation and filing.

Supporting other departments:

Providing financial assistance to other departments within the organization.

Maintaining a database of contact information:

Ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for client and vendor management.
Qualification:- B.COM Fresher to 1 Yrs of Exp

Working Days:- 5 Days in a week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
