The Accounts Executive is responsible for day-to-day accounting, billing, documentation, and reconciliation activities. The role ensures accuracy, timely reporting, and compliance with company financial procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Record daily cash, bank, and journal entries.
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, and supporting documents.
Manage petty cash and maintain cashbook.
Assist in vendor payments, receipts, and payment tracking.
Perform bank and vendor reconciliations.
Maintain physical and digital financial records.
Support GST/TDS documentation (if applicable).
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for management.
Cash deposition in Bank.
Skills & Qualifications:
B.Com or equivalent qualification.
Good accounting knowledge.
Proficiency in Tally (ERP9 / TallyPrime) - voucher entry, ledgers, GST, BRS, reports.
Good Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Filters).
Accuracy, confidentiality, and time management.
Experience:
1-3 years preferred (freshers with strong accounting skills may be considered).
