Key Responsibilities:
Maintain books of accounts and update entries in accounting software
Prepare and post vouchers (payment, receipt, journal entries)
Handle purchase and sales invoices
Assist in bank reconciliation statements (BRS)
Support GST-related work such as data preparation and filing assistance
Maintain records of expenses, bills, and payments
Follow up on receivables and payables
Assist during audits and provide required documentation
Maintain proper filing of financial documents
Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
B.com/M.com
Minimum
1 year experience
as Accounts Assistant or similar role
Working knowledge of
Tally / ERP software
Basic understanding of
GST, TDS
Proficiency in
MS Excel & MS Office
Good numerical and analytical skills
